We respond to requests, dispatch service providers, and make sure all work performed meets our high standards.

Property owners, investors, and landlords will be happy to know our expert team vendors will be dispatched to maintain their property’s value, reputation, and safety.

In additional to being technically proficient. Our staff likes to have fun, are always friendly with to staff and tenants, and understand their importance in keeping our communities together!

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all the Volunteer Properties employees continuing to work and provide housing for people during this time of COVID-19. These dedicated men and women are preparing apartments and providing maintenance services for emergency situations allowing people in quarantine to have a safe and comfortable place to live. We cannot express how appreciative we are to all of them who are doing such a service to their residents and owners.
